PENGARUH KETERSEDIAAN RUTE PENGIRIMAN DAN VOLUME PESANAN TERHADAP KINERJA DRIVER DELIVERY DI KABUPATEN BIREUEN

The study aims to review the performance of delivery drivers based on the factors of delivery route availability and order volume in Bireuen Regency, using a quantitative method approach through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 154 delivery drivers. The data analysis technique to prove the hypothesis by applying multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) the availability of delivery routes has a positive and significant effect on delivery driver performance. (2) order volume does not have a significant effect on delivery driver performance, (3) Simultaneously, both factors in the regression model are expressed as Y = 8.037 + 0.825X₁ - 0.010X₂, which indicates that the availability of delivery routes has a positive effect, while order volume has a negative but insignificant effect on delivery driver performance. variables of delivery route availability and order volume together are able to explain approximately 52% of the variation in delivery driver performance.
