Teacher performance at the Ministry of Religion of Pidie Regency generally shows an increasing trend, but in the era of Covid'19 and the implementation of independent learning, there has been a shock, due to unpreparedness to face these conditions. Therefore, full support from the principal is needed to protect, in addition to the discipline and commitment of teachers to their work and their schools. This study analyzes these factors, so that the conditions can be known with certainty. The analysis is based on the perspective of 41 teachers of MIN 38 Pidie Regency, using quantitative descriptive methods, and applying a path analysis model. The results of the study showed that (1) The Principal's Leadership Factor has a significant influence of 48.65%, the work discipline and teacher discipline factors of 39% and teacher commitment of 58.8% on teacher performance. (4) Simultaneously, these three factors have been proven to provide a positive contribution to teacher performance, which is around 53.2%. (3). There is a causal relationship between Principal Leadership, Work Discipline and teacher commitment with a moderate category.
