ANALISIS KINERJA BERDASARKAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU PERILAKU KERJA DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH (Studi Kasus Guru Dayah Misbahud Dhulam Al-Aziziyah Pidie Jaya)

This performance analysis considers the need to pay attention to individual and environmental factors, so that the factors studied are aspects of individual characteristics, work behavior and school culture in teachers who work at Dayah Misbahudh Dhulam Al-Aziziyah Lueng Putu Pidie Jaya. The research is in the form of a survey with a quantitative-associative analysis approach. And the analysis tool with a path analysis model. The results prove: 1) there is a causal relationship between individual characteristics, work behavior and school culture variables with a moderate category. 2) teacher performance is directly and indirectly influenced by individual characteristics by 41.86 percent, direct and indirect influence of work behavior by 31.05 percent and school culture by 34.12 percent. 3) simultaneously individual characteristics, work behavior and school culture contribute positively to increasing teacher performance by 40.3 percent.
