PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 BANDAR BARU PIDIE JAYA

Quantitative research empirically analyzes factors that support teacher performance, namely from the aspects of Principal Leadership, Work Discipline and Teacher Commitment. The study was conducted on 64 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya, with an associative descriptive method and analysis based on multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) the level of effectiveness of the Principal's leadership is quite good although not optimal, namely 80.15%, while teacher discipline in carrying out tasks is on average good (80.33%) and teacher commitment to the school is also in the fairly good category (78.55%). 2) the results of the partial analysis of Principal Leadership, Work Discipline and Teacher Commitment have a significant effect on Teacher Performance. 3) Simultaneously, Principal Leadership, Work Discipline and Teacher Commitment provide a positive contribution of 50.1% to improving teacher performance.
