Abstrak

This study intends to analyze the factors of service and location of coffee shops on customer satisfaction, as stated by several theories and expert opinions as well as the results of academic research. The research was conducted on 100 samples of consumers and/or coffee shop customers in Juang City, Bireuen Regency. With this type of associative research and analysis with multiple regression. Data collection tool with a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Based on this study it was found that, a) There is a significant influence of coffee shop service on customer satisfaction, b) There is a significant influence of coffee shop location factors on customer satisfaction and c) Simultaneously service factors and coffee shop locations in Juang City, Bireuen Regency contribute to satisfaction consumer or customer is quite significant, reaching 40.4%.
