This research was conducted in the Secretariat of the DPRK Bireuen with the data sources being 72 civil servants at the institution. With the aim of knowing 1) the influence of leadership style on employee job satisfaction, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, 3). the effect of work discipline on employee job satisfaction, and 4). the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline on job satisfaction of civil servants at the DPRK Bireuen Secretariat. This type of quantitative associative research with analytical method with path analysis approach. And the results of the study prove that 1) there is a positive influence of leadership style factors on the DPRK Bireuen Secretariat performance on employee job satisfaction, which is 26.93%, 2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture factors on job satisfaction, both directly and indirectly by 13, 30%, 3) and also the results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence of the work discipline factor on job satisfaction of employees in the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 21.22%. 4) Simultaneously, the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline has a significant effect. The contribution of leadership style factors, organizational culture and work discipline to employee job satisfaction in the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat is 61.4%. While the rest due to the role of variables that are not examined by 38.6%.
