PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK NEGERI 1 BIREUEN

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen. o get maximum results, the scope of data is obtained from respondents' answers through questionnaire questions which are distributed to 59 respondents, namely teachers SMKN 1 Bireuen. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. The results showed that the variable organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen with a regression coefficient of 0.942 which means that if organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is increased by 100%, then the teacher's performance SMKN 1 Bireuen will increase by 94.2%. This means that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive influence on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen obtained R for 0.683 means organizational citizenship behavior relations with teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen intended to be in the strong category because it has a close relationship of 68.3%. The coefficient of determination of 0.466 explains that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X), on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen (Y) worth 46.6%. While the rest (54.4%) was explained by other variables not observed in this study. Adjusted R square value of 0.457 (45.7%) shows the amount of R square that has been adjusted, namely R2 which has been freed from the influence of free degrees, so it really shows how the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher performance SMKN 1 Bireuen
