PENGARUH TUNJANGAN KINERJA, SERTIFIKASI GURU DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI DALAM GUGUS JEUNIEB KABUPATEN BIREUEN

This study aims to determine: a) the effect of performance allowances on teacher performance, b) the effect of teacher certification on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, c) the effect of motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Jeunieb Group, Bireuen Regency, and d) the simultaneous effect of allowance performance, teacher certification and motivation on teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Gugus Jeunieb, Bireuen Regency. The study was conducted on 50 teachers of Madrasah Ibtidayah Gugus Jeunieb with quantitative associative methods and analytical methods using path analysis. The results of the study found 1). there is a positive influence of the performance allowance factor on the performance of MI Gugus Jeunieb teachers, Bireuen Regency, which is 39.32%, 2). The results of statistical tests prove that the effect of certification factors on performance is significant, either directly or indirectly, amounting to 20.91%. 3). There is a significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 13.19%. And 4) Simultaneously through the value of the correlation coefficient and determination, it shows that the variables of performance allowance, certification and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance. The contribution of these three factors is 73.3%. While the rest due to the role of variables that are not examined by 26.7%. These factors include school culture, compensation, aspects of communication, education and training, principals' leadership, and others
