This research was conducted on 57 BNN employees of Pidie Jaya Regency, to find out 1). The influence of performance allowances on employee performance, 2). The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 3). The influence of employee emotional intelligence on employee performance and 4). The influence of performance allowances, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence of employees on the performance of BNN employees in Pidie Jaya Regency. The research is a survey with quantitative associative methods. And the analysis tool uses the path model. The results showed 1). there is a positive influence of the performance allowance factor on employee performance at the BNN office in Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 38.10%. 2). The influence of organizational culture factors on the significant performance, both directly and indirectly, is `9,71%. 3). Also the emotional intelligence factor of employees has a significant effect on employee performance at the BNN office in Pidie Jaya Regency, which is calculated from this study which is quite significant, namely 17.65%. 4). The results of the study revealed that the variables of performance allowances, organizational culture and emotional intelligence of employees had a significant effect on employee performance at the BNN office in Pidie Jaya Regency. The contribution of these three factors is 75.5%. While the rest due to the role of variables that are not examined by 24.5%.
