This study is to analyze employee performance based on the influence of the work environment, emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted on 81 employees of Muyang Kute Hospital, Bener Meriah Regency as a sample. With descriptive and associative methods with statistical analysis approach based on path analysis model. Based on path analysis, it is evident from the results of the research hypothesis that: 1). There are direct and indirect effects of employee work environment factors on employee performance. And the results are very meaningful, with a share of 8.44%. 2). Also the results of the hypothesis test of the emotional intelligence aspect of employees, indicate that there is a direct and indirect influence of employee emotional intelligence on the performance of the employees of Muyang Kute Hospital, Bener Meriah Regency, which is quite significant at 20.12%. 3). And it is proven that there are direct and indirect effects of work motivation aspects on employee performance, which are quite large from all the variables studied, contributing 28.59% to employee performance. and 4). The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and the determination between employee work environment factors, emotional intelligence and employee work motivation indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the performance of employees of Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Hospital of 46.60%.
