The study was conducted on 75 public junior high school teachers in Ulim District, Pidie Jaya Regency. With the aim of knowing the influence of the principal's leadership, infrastructure and interpersonal communication on teacher performance. Quantitative research methods with a path analysis approach. And the data collection technique is through a questionnaire. The research results are found and at the same time proven 1). There is a direct influence of the Principal Leadership factor on teacher performance and indirect influence through infrastructure and interpersonal communication contributes 11.40%. 2). It is proven that there is a direct influence of school infrastructure in solving work and teaching problems on teacher performance, also indirectly through the Principal's Leadership and the existence of harmonious interpersonal communication in SMP Ulim District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 13.77%. 3). There is a direct influence of communication that exists between teachers and also with leaders in schools on teacher performance and indirect influence through the leadership of the principal and the completeness of learning infrastructure which is quite significant, namely 17.85 percent, and 4) Simultaneously there is an influence of Principal Leadership , Infrastructure and Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance by 43 percent. While the rest (residual value) the role of variables that are not examined is 57%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect the teacher's performance variables attached to the teacher, such as school climate, competence, education and training, and others
