Abstrak

The study was conducted on 139 elementary school teachers in Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, the work environment and job satisfaction on teacher performance in Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. Collecting data through questionnaires, and parametric statistical data analysis techniques with path analysis approach. The results of statistical analysis using the Path model, obtained important conclusions as research findings, namely: 1). There is a direct influence of the teacher's work discipline factor, and the indirect effect through the environment and job satisfaction on teacher performance is quite significant, namely 10.66%. 2). There is a direct or indirect effect of the work environment through the discipline factor and teacher satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 13.56%. 3). There is a direct influence of job satisfaction, and indirectly through discipline factors and the teacher's work environment on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 33.60%. 4). The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and determination between the variables of work discipline, environment and teacher job satisfaction, indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency of 56.90%. While the rest (salvage value) the role of the variables that were not examined was 42.10%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect the teacher performance variables attached to the teaching profession, such as certification allowances, competence, organizational climate, education and training, compensation, and others
