ANALISIS FAKTOR IKLIM ORGANISASI, LINGKUNGAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN BIREUEN

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of organizational climate, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bireuen Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The research method that will be used in this research is the associative method with a quantitative approach with the object of this research being 68 employees at the Social Service of Bireuen Regency in 2022. The problem analysis technique is carried out with a path analysis approach, with the results that 1) There is a significant influence of organizational climate factors on employee performance, by 18.82 percent. 2) There is a significant influence of work environment factors, both physical and non-physical on employee performance by 15.87%, 3). Employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance by 19.30% and 4) Simultaneously the influence of the three variables namely organizational climate, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance is 50%. This shows that the contribution of these three factors is quite significant. However, there are other factors that affect performance, such as leadership, compensation, training, technical guidance, work facilities and others.
