About the Journal
IndOmera: Journal of Masters in Management (E-ISSN: 2721-382X, DOI: https://doi.org/10.55178/idm) is an OJS journal. Published by LPPM UNIKI (Institute for Research and Community Service - National Islamic University of Indonesia) Bireuen-Aceh, in collaboration with the FEB UNIKI Masters in Management Program. Published twice a year (March and September), first published March 20 2020. The aim is to increase the scientific creativity of students/lecturers/academics and practitioners with Management studies in the fields of: HR - Organization - Education and Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Authors come from various universities/schools and agencies/companies with the latest publication of the title, consisting of 80-100 pages.
IndOmera: Jurnal Magister Manajemen (E-ISSN: 2721-382X, DOI: https://doi.org/10.55178/idm) merupakan jurnal OJS. Diterbitkan oleh LPPM UNIKI (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat - Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia, Bireuen- Aceh, bekerja sama dengan Program Magister Manajemen FEB UNIKI. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun (Maret dan September), terbit perdana 20 Maret 2020. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas keilmiahan mahasiswa/dosen/akademisi dan praktisi dengan kajian Manajemen bidang: SDM – Organisasi - Pendidikan dan Keuangan, serta Kewirausahaan. Penulis berasal dari berbagai Perguruan Tinggi/Sekolah dan Instansi/perusahaan. Artikel dalam bentuk hasil penelitian ilmu dan terapan serta konseptual actual tentang issue terkini. Setiap penerbitan memuat 8 - 11 judul, yang terdiri dari 80-100 halaman.

indOmera: Journal of Master of Management is an OJS journal. Published by LPPM UNIKI Bireuen - Aceh, in collaboration with the FEB UNIKI Masters in Management Program. With the scope of research articles, concepts and case studies on the application of organizational management, financial management, HR management, education management and entrepreneurship. Volume 5 Number 10, published in September 2024, contains a DOI (https://doi.org/10.55178/idm.v5i10) which contains 11 articles which are the results of research and studies on Employee Performance Analysis. Teacher performance, HRM implementation, job satisfaction, work productivity and customer service.
