Abstrak

The study was conducted on 83 public junior high school teachers in Peudada District, Bireuen Regency, with the aim of proving the effect of aspects of the quality of work life, job satisfaction factors and motivational factors on junior high school teacher performance. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and analytical methods with statistical path models (Path Analysis). With research results; 1) There is a direct influence on the quality of teachers' work life, and the indirect effect through job satisfaction and teacher work motivation on teacher performance is very significant, giving a fairly large share, namely 18.65%. 2). It is proven that the satisfaction factor has a direct or indirect effect on the quality of work life and teacher work motivation on teacher performance by 27.85%. 3). The results of data analysis prove that there is a direct or indirect effect of work motivation through the quality of work life and teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 21.59%. 4). The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and determination between the variables of quality of work life, job satisfaction and work motivation, indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Peudada District, Bireuen Regency, amounting to 68.10%.
