ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN KEPEMIMPINAN CAMAT, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN BIMBINGAN TEKNIS (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Kecamatan di Kabupaten Bireuen)

Abstrak

What the researchers did aims to prove the influence and magnitude of the contribution of each and simultaneously the Camat Leadership, Organizational Culture and Technical Guidance factors on the performance of employees at the Bireuen Regency office. The research was conducted through a survey of a sample of 163 employees in 17 sub-district offices. The results of inferential statistical data processing with the path analysis model approach, obtained the results and findings, namely: 1). there is a positive influence of the Camat's leadership, both directly and in relation to culture and employee technical guidance programs on employee performance by 23.82%. 2). there is an influence of organizational culture in the sub-district environment, both directly and related to the camat leadership and the existence of technical guidance on employee performance by 24.71%. 3). there is an influence of technical guidance on employees, both directly and related to the Camat Leadership factor and organizational culture in the sub-district by 11.26%. 4). And simultaneously the three factors, namely the camat leadership, organizational culture and technical guidance have a significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in Bireuen Regency with a contribution of 59.8%.
