PENGARUH ANGGARAN DANA DESA DAN PERILAKU INOVATIF DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT MELALUI PERAN PERANGKAT GAMPONG (Studi Kasus Gampong Blang Panjoe Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen)

Community economic empowerment is part of the government program, so that the community participates as development actors and enjoys the results of development. In this empowerment, we want to examine the influence of village fund budgets and innovative behavior, both partially and simultaneously, on community empowerment, and is associated with the role of village officials as a moderating variable. The study was conducted in Blang Panjoe Village, Peusangan Bireuen District. Using quantitative research methods and statistical analysis through Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study obtained: 1) that village fund budgets and innovative behavior, both partially and simultaneously, have an effect on community economic empowerment. 2) With MRA analysis, it shows that the role of village officials strengthens the influence of village fund budgets and innovative behavior on community economic empowerment.
