Abstrak

This study aims to examine the influence of employee welfare and organizational climate on employee morale at BSI KC Bireuen Simpang IV. The sample in this study included all 40 employees of BSI KC Bireuen Simpang IV. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that (1) employee welfare has a partial effect on employee morale. Furthermore, organizational climate also has a partial effect on employee morale. Simultaneously, employee welfare and organizational climate have an effect on employee morale with a contribution of 63%.
