APAKAH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA BERDAMPAK PADA MOTIVASI KERJA? (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI BKPSDM KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE)

This research aims to see the influence of leadership and quality of work life on the work motivation of 
Lhokseumawe City BKPSDM office employees. The sample in this study were 38 Civil Servants. In this 
research, leadership variables and quality of work life influence the work motivation. The results of the 
regression calculations show that this means that leadership and quality of work life simultaneously and 
significantly influence the work motivation. The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.890 indicates that there 
is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The R-square 
value is 0.792, this shows that the influence of the independent variables leadership and quality of work life 
has an influence on the work motivation of BKPSDM Lhokseumawe employees by 79.2% while the remaining 
21.8% is explained by other variables outside this research.
