Abstrak

This study aims to determine; 1) The effect of performance allowances on employee work productivity, 2) The influence of organizational culture on employee work productivity, 3) The effect of emotional intelligence and training on employee productivity and 4). The influence of performance allowances, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on the work productivity of employees at the Bireuen District Social Service. The research was conducted at the Social Service of Bireuen Regency with the object of research as many as 57 employees, where the data collection method was through a research questionnaire. The method of analysis was carried out descriptively and associatively, with the type of quantitative research by ignoring the path analysis statistics. The results showed that descriptively, based on the responses and assessments of employees at the Bireuen District Social Service, the percentage of achievement of the performance allowance factor has so far reached 86.42% of employee expectations, and organizational culture in supporting performance has been implemented in accordance with regulations and habits has reached 87. 68%. Meanwhile, the emotional intelligence aspect of individual employees in supporting office performance and productivity is at a fairly good level, reaching 87.37%. As well as the level of work productivity measured from the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of work of employees reached 89.75% of the expected conditions in accordance with the main duties and policies of the leadership. Based on statistical analysis it is proven that, 1). There is a significant influence of the performance allowance factor on the work productivity of employees by 29.44 percent, 2) There is a significant influence of organizational culture factors with work load on employee work productivity by 20.19%, and 3). There is a significant effect of employees' emotional intelligence on employee work productivity of 17.47%. Simultaneously, these three factors affect the work productivity of employees at the Social Service Office of Bireuen Regency by 67.10%.
