PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ZAT ASAM GIBERELAT (GA3) TERHADAP RESPON RESPON PEMBERIAN ASAM GIBERELAT (GA3) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN RUMPUT GAJAH (Pennisetum Purpureum)

Abstract

This research was carried out in Geulanggang Labu Village, Peusangan Selatan
District, Bireuen Regency for 60 days starting from January - March 2023. This
study aims to determine the effect of giving Gibberellic Acid (GA3) on the number
of tiller growth, leaf length, and elephant grass plant height and to find out what
percentage of Gibberellic Acid (GA3) is optimal for the growth of elephant grass.
The design used in this study was a randomized block design (RBD) with 4
treatments and 4 replications. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded
that giving gibberellic acid (GA3) in different amounts can increase the number
of tillers, leaf length, and elephant grass plant height. The best concentration of
gibberellic acid was found in the P3 treatment (0.75 ml/treatment).
