The things studied are based on leadership factors, employee empowerment and work motivation. The form of survey research uses a questionnaire with the subject respondents being 42 employees in the office. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing and research analysis use the path analysis model. The research results found: (a) The contribution of leadership factors, employee empowerment and work motivation in efforts to maintain employee performance is quite large, namely 32.92%. (B). Causality analysis proves that there is a significant relationship between leadership and employee empowerment (R=0.331), between employee empowerment and work motivation (R= 0.419) and there is a causal relationship between motivation and leadership (R= 0.441). (c) Leadership aspects have a direct and indirect influence on employee performance by 45.27%. The research results show that remuneration influences the performance of RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. In the form of a case study at the Bireuen Regency Education and Culture Office. Using quantitative research with path analysis. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on a sample of 65 employees. The research results show: (1) There is a causal relationship between exogenous variables, namely job analysis, HR planning and recruitment with an average correlation value of 0.53. (2) There is a direct and indirect influence of job analysis on employee performance of 35.29%. (3) There is a direct and indirect influence of HR planning on employee performance of 43.97%. (4) There is a direct and indirect influence of recruitment on employee performance of 40.67%. (2) analyze the influence of organizational climate through job satisfaction on employee performance. (3) the influence of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of the research is employees of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Bireuen Branch. Through associative research with a path analysis approach. The research results show: Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office with a percentage of 15%. This means that organizational climate has a contribution of 15% in increasing employee job satisfaction, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 6.8% in increasing employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the performance of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch Office and contributes 44.7% in improving employee performance, while self-efficacy has a contribution of 24.9%. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah employees at the Bireuen Branch Office and has a direct influence of 21.7%. This research is in the form of a survey with quantitative associative descriptive methods. With analytical tools using a multiple regression analysis approach. The research was conducted in 30 elementary schools involving 215 elementary school teacher respondents in Johan Pahlawan Meulaboh sub-district, West Aceh Regency. The research results found (a). The level of achievement of teacher competence is in the good category, namely 88.08%, the level of achievement of teacher work motivation is high at 82.08%, while the level of teacher satisfaction at work has reached 84.33% and the level of achievement of teacher competence is in the good category. Teacher performance is good, reaching 84.86% of ideal expectations. (b) The results of multiple regression analysis conclude that the factors of teacher competence, work motivation and teacher satisfaction partially have a positive effect on performance, (c). The research was conducted in 19 state elementary schools in the Meureubo area, West Aceh Regency with a sample of 170 teachers as research objects. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with analysis using the path analysis model. The research results show: (1) There is a direct and indirect influence of the Servant Leadership factor on the principal's leadership style on teacher performance by 6.28%. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 193 BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch customers, using the Accidental Sampling technique. And data analysis for hypothesis testing uses path analysis. The results of the research are known; (1) there is a causal relationship between service quality variables and consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction and product quality, as well as product quality and service quality with an average of 0.372. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty of 43.74%. (3) customer satisfaction has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.06%.
