Intensitas Serangan Penyakit Budok pada Tanaman nilam (Pogostemon cablin Benth) dengan Aplikasi Trichokompos

Abstract

Synchitrium pegosmonis is a fungal pathogen that is an obligate parasite which is an important disease on patchouli plants. Symptoms of attack are bulges on leaves, stems and twigs blackish brown, leaf curls and malformations become stunted. This study aims to determine the effect of patchouli varieties and doses of Trichokompos and the interaction of the two factors on the intensity of budok disease. The results showed that the Sidikalang variety was more resistant to budok disease than the Tapaktuan and Lhokseumawe varieties. The use of Trichokompos was able to reduce the intensity of budok disease on the Sidikalang variety by 12.73%.
